Preparation and anti-oxidant activity of cinnamic acid derivatives-g-CTS / 中国中药杂志

ABSTRACT
<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To prepare cinnamic acid derivatives-g-CTS and to study its antioxidation activity.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>The ability of catching oxygen of the products and raw material were determined through two methods, Marklund method and trace pyrogallic acid method, with autoxidation reaction of pyrogallol as the oxygen anion source.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>The antioxidation activities of all products were better than the raw material.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Cinnamic acid derivatives-g-CTS is suitable as the O2-* -capture agent.</p>
